Key Differences: Weber Q2400 vs Q2200

Based on the chart above, here’s a list of the differences between the Q2400 and the Q2200.

Power Source

The Weber Q2400 is an electric grill. In comparison, the Q2200 requires propane gas (disposable cylinder) to function. By now, you know the pros and cons to these types of grills.

For one, propane gas grills are much more portable than their electric counterpart. You can take them anywhere, anytime. One of the main disadvantages, however, is that some places don’t allow the use of propane gas.

For electric-powered grills, you don’t have to worry about running out of fuel. As long as there’s an electric cord, rest assured that you can prepare grilled food anytime you like. The disadvantage, however, is that electric grills have limited portability.

Parts/Accessories

The Weber Q2200 has two parts/accessories that the Weber Q2400 doesn’t have. One, it has a built-in thermometer, which is truly helpful. Second, it has two folding tables on each side.
